Kenyan coffees are bright and powerful. They are renown for their light body, floral tastes, and refreshing sweetness which can commonly be compared to berries and wine. They are remarkably flavorful and always deliver a delicious cup. This factory is one of 11 factories that compose their regional cooperative, the Kabare Farmers' Cooperative Society (FCS). These coffees are grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil enveloped by wet high elevation forest before they are taken for processing at the factory. Comprised of SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian varietals this really is an incredible cup of coffee. At first sip you will be greeted with buttery, creamy praline. From there it takes as a bit of trip as it turns into a bright lemon tang, followed by mellow, sweet kiwi fruit.
